Celebrating Dr. King

Today we celebrated the work of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr by spreading messages and love throughout Reed School. We created positive posters together to hang in the halls. 

Writing About Reading

 Last week we got new writing partners! This unit we are focusing on writing about the books we are reading. We are currently writing letters to convince our readers to read the books we like.

Measurement!

 This week we started a new chapter in math - measurement! Our task this week was to measure using meter sticks. We enjoyed working with partners near our classroom. Next up - centimeters!
